Hey Andy,
One-year-old listener here (OK, I"m really 66) noticing that you are really getting circa on us now... venturing into the 1940's ... One of the first times I've seen that. So I decided to write before I heard it! That way, I can't complain. Har har... Hey, really, you do what you do as good as anybody. How's that? Really. You got taste and insouslouch too. A regular Bon Vivant vichyssoise, as we used to say back in the 70's...
Anyhoo, just wanted to say hi and keep up the great fun. Oh, AL Brially, was it, the crooner on a show a few shows ago... OK, I checked archive.org ... Great source. You are the collector of records, I am the collector of music. Well, we both are, actually. SO
AL Bowlly. He sounds EXACTLY like Louie the Singing Cab Driver. "Murials on the Wall, and so on. You must know him. I saw him on the Steve Allen Show, and of course, I got the albums... EXACTLY the same sound of voice.
I bet that I'm the only fan who ever told you that!
OK, I'LL QUIT WHILE I'M A HEAD.
As always, keep music as your mistress (and your wife will only complain, not kick you outta the house!)
And THANKS!
BEST,
DEN NS USA

I am not a robot.
