Special RADIOLA! this Friday--Bastile Day/Dick Cheney Extravaganza
This week on Bastile Day (!) Dick Cheney will be visiting my hometown of Utica, NY. You can be sure that I will give him the full RADIOLA! treatment. (Even as I write, a "Shock and Awe" playlist is taking shape in my mind, thoroughly calculated to warm the cockles of his Jarvik.) Also, I'll intersperse plenty of vintage French music in case the joy gets too intense. (You'll want to tell the planes to "stand down" until it's all over.)
The fun starts at 7 PM EDT Friday, July 14, on WHCL-FM 88.7--tune in for many an extraordinary rendition!

"Sweet, Hot, and Sorry" (July 7, 2006)
(Week 46)
Tonight's program features plenty of my favorite hot jazz, leavened with Lombardo and other mellowing agents, and spiced with a strange leitmotiv of remorse. I feel good, but I seldom have feelings that aren't mixed. (I promise that it all ends on a positive note.) Please tune in at 7 PM ET on WHCL-FM 88.7 to find out what this Summer salad consists of.
UPDATE: The program is now up and running on my Live 365 site.
