Great Music. Thanks so much for this show. I especially love the Meyer Davis record. Would love to hear the other side of that (the song "Farewell") in a future show. Happy New Year.

Thanks!

"Farewell" is a beautiful record, and I'll include it soon. I wanted to end this show on a happier note--"Farewell" is about the end of a relationship. But I have the transfer all ready to go and I'll be most happy to honor your request.

Good stuff. Unusual to hear you say that it was Alf at the piano as I believe it was usually Bob who did that whilst Alf stood by him singing (there are Youtube clips of them together). I bet you didn't realise when you played it that Alf was still alive aged 100. He died two years later aged 102!
