"The International Rag" (April 14, 2006)

(Week 34)

This Friday's program has a true international flair--having been devised as a possible substitute show for WHCL's World music program "Anywhere But Here." Since Jonathan Mead, the host of ABH, was able to do his show this week (owing to the idiosyncratic punctuality of Amtrak) and I'm not one to scrap a perfectly good playlist, here it is. In any event, I will definitely be substituting next Monday (April 17) at 8 PM ET for Jonathan--with a program that I will record and present as a special in the near future. Confused? Don't be. Just listen--and enjoy!
